The site explains the work we do on Live Local Act property tax exemptions. That includes exemption applications, FHFC certification filing, county DR-504AFH filing, annual recertification, resident income verification and ongoing compliance support. A savings estimate is built from what you tell us and the public figures available at the time. It is a starting point, not a promise of any exemption amount. Whether a property qualifies is decided by the county property appraiser and the state agencies involved, not by us.
